A few tips for your visit to Biscuit Love!
Biscuit Love is a fast casual restaurant: When you arrive, grab a menu by the door, place your order at the register, take your number and find a place to get comfortable.
We try our best to pace taking orders with table availability. Please wait to find a seat after you've ordered. Your food will arrive very shortly after that!
Reservations & Groups
We do not take reservations or close off tables for groups. However if you are dining with us and are with a group, please notify the greeter at the door when you're in line and we will do our very best to accommodate you at one of our two community tables by the time you place your order.
Mondays, Fridays, weekends and holidays are our peak days and the wait time for standing in line to order is generally 50 minutes to a little over an hour. We will take your order as long as there are tables available. As soon your order is placed, our kitchen gets to work cooking your meal and your food will arrive very soon after you've found a seat.
Biscuit Love is not a certified gluten free restaurant nor do we offer gluten free biscuits. We cook everything from scratch in the same kitchen where thousands of biscuits are made daily, therefore while there are several menu items made with ingredients that do not contain gluten, we can't guarantee anything is 100% "gluten free.”
The Gulch: There is plenty of parking around us with several lots and garages offering free parking for the first 59 minutes to an hour and charge per hour thereafter. Hourly rates vary depending on each building. Parking at the front of the restaurant is 15 minute parking only and you will be ticketed. We do not validate parking.
Biscuit Love is not responsible for cars that get ticketed or towed.
If you're visiting Nashville and are staying downtown, the Green Circuit of the Music City Shuttle service runs through The Gulch. You can find more information and their schedule here.
Our biscuit team prepares 1,000 bonuts by hand each day. Because we can get crowded during weekends and holidays, bonuts can sell out so if you're coming in just for them, we recommend visiting us earlier in the morning.
To Go Orders
Due to how busy the kitchen gets on weekends, we do not take to-go orders over the phone on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
