HOURS & LOCATIONS

We have 5 locations in Middle Tennessee and Birmingham, Alabama.

Our TENNESSEE locations are OPEN DAILY from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Our ALABAMA location is OPEN Thursday - Monday from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. CLOSED Tuesday and Wednesday.

We are CLOSED on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We are OPEN Christmas Eve with limited hours from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm. Each year, all stores close for “Dollywood Day” in September - an all-staff retreat to celebrate each of our hardworking team members!

Fast casual

Biscuit Love is a fast casual restaurant: When you arrive, view the menu and place your order at the register. Once you’ve placed an order, you will be given a table number and one of our Team Members will take you to a seat that has been prepared and sanitized just for you! We will bring everything you need to enjoy your meal directly to you. We try our best to pace taking orders with table availability. Your food will arrive very shortly after that. If you need anything at all while you’re dining with us, just let us know. We are happy to serve you!

Reservations & Groups

We do not take reservations or call-ahead seating. However if you are dining with us and are with a large group, please notify the register team when you're in line and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Groups may be seated separately. We will do our best to seat your entire party in a timely manner.

PATIOS* & PETS

We love furry-family members! All of our locations have patios and they are pet-friendly! Please note: Our Franklin locations have covered patios. The Nashville and Birmingham locations are not covered. *Periodically, the patio may be closed due to weather or other circumstances.

Carryout & Catering Orders

You can place an order by clicking here. We do not take orders over the phone.

Seating is limited, so our restaurant dining rooms and outdoor spaces are for dine-in customers only. All orders placed online are TO GO. If you wish to dine-in, please place your order at the register.

Lines

Mondays, Fridays, weekends and holidays are our peak days and the wait time for standing in line to order is generally 45 minutes to an hour or more. We will take your order as long as there are tables available. As soon as your order is placed, our kitchen gets to work making your meal and your food will arrive shortly after you've been seated.

EVENTS

We no longer host private dining or special events at any of our locations.

GLUTEN & Common Allergies

Biscuit Love is not a certified gluten-free restaurant and we DO NOT offer gluten-free biscuits. We cook everything from scratch in the same kitchen where thousands of biscuits are made daily with flour, therefore while there are several menu items made with ingredients that do not contain gluten, we cannot guarantee anything is 100% "gluten-free.” Click here to view our Common Allergy Guide.
