We believe in “Biscuits.”

(That’s what we call our amazing team members!)

We know the hospitality industry can be hard. It’s coupled with long hours, time away from loved ones, and oftentimes mental health and addiction struggles. So what do we do to help our team?

We invest in our people. We believe that when you care for and invest in your people, you create a space to build authentic, life-changing relationships. We have dedicated staff members who work exclusively towards providing Staff Care to both our English and Spanish-speaking team members.

On top of compensating our Biscuits with above-average wages, PTO, and healthcare, we provide leadership coaching, mental health and recovery resources, and finance education to each employee. We strive to create an environment where we can celebrate successes and partner together through growth opportunities. Our hope is that each member of our team will thrive not only while they are employed at Biscuit Love, but also in their future personal and professional endeavors.
